JOB SUMMARY

The Food & Beverage Supervisor works with the Beverage Cart Attendants to provide daily food and beverage service to the golfing public, ensuring a good experience for the public through excellent customer service skills. Oversees the Beverage Cart seasonal staff; this is a seasonal position.

TYPICAL JOB DUTIES

Responsible for operating golf course food and beverage cart.

Responsible for cash management.

Responsible for stocking cart.

Supervise Beverage Cart seasonal staff.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent customer engagement skills.
• Previous Supervisory experience.

Preferred:

• Food and Beverage experience.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Work is performed outside.
• The employee frequently works near moving mechanical parts; occasionally in high, precarious places, and is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, fumes or airborne particles, and toxic or caustic chemicals.
• Work is performed primarily in outdoor settings, in all weather conditions including extreme temperature extremes, and includes day, afternoon, holiday and weekend shifts.
• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
• Non-traditional working hours which include evening, weekend and holidays to support golf course hours.
